My name is Mrs. Runte, and I am so excited to be your teacher! We have a wonderful year planned full of learning, laughter, and fun! 

This will be my fifth year teaching. I taught for two years in Illinois before we moved to Georgia in 2019. My husband and I have been married for 11 years. We have two boys who go to Parkway, Connor (8 years old) and Landon (6 years old). I love house plants, baking, spending time outdoors with my family, and reading.

Our class will use Remind this year. You can sign up on the Remind website or download the app on your phone or device. That will be my main form of communication where I will share announcements, photos of our learning, newsletters and reminders. I will try to respond as quickly as possible, however there may be circumstances where a 24-hour turnaround time will be applicable.
