🌟 Welcome to Our Fourth Grade Elephant Adventure!🌟

This year, we’re setting off on an exciting journey—just like a curious elephant exploring the wide savanna! Together, our students will grow strong in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. In fourth grade, we’ll learn how to organize our “elephant herd" — building important skills like planning, creativity, and confidence.

Our classroom will be full of fun, hands-on activities where everyone works together like a caring elephant family. With kindness, curiosity, and teamwork, we’ll make this year a wonderful adventure filled with learning and friendship.

🐘🐘A little about me from the elephant herd🐘🐘

🎉I’m so excited to share that I’m engaged and getting married in the Spring of 2026! 💍🌸 Just like a young elephant leaving its herd to explore new lands, I moved from Michigan ❄️ to sunny Georgia 🌞 in the summer of 2024. This is my second year at Parkway, and I’m loving every moment of this new adventure!

I’ve spent 6 wonderful years in education 📚, teaching different grade levels from K-5. Like an elephant carefully guiding its family, I’m here to support every student’s journey. I attended the University of Michigan 💙💛 for both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and received my ESOL (English as a Second Language) 🌍 certification.

I’ve been working with children since I was 13 years old, and just like elephants never forget their roots, I’ll never forget how much joy teaching brings me! 💖 I’m passionate about creating hands-on, interactive lessons—like elephant calves learning by exploring together—that help every student discover new things and grow with confidence in a caring and inspiring classroom. 🌱✨I can’t wait to see all the amazing things we will accomplish together this year!
